Keeping residents and our community safe and healthy.

Our Partner2Prevent initiative is designed to keep our residents safe and healthy while being a member of our community in this “new normal” environment we’re currently experiencing. The best practices outlined in this initiative take into consideration the wellness of both residents and our employees—making this effort a true partnership for the good of the community. We’re committed to these measures to encourage our residents to enjoy all aspects of the community, including taking advantage of amenities, attending LifeWorks events, and interacting with friends and neighbors without fear or hesitation. Here is what we are doing:

Early Start / Move-In

Our team will work diligently to prepare the community to be able to accommodate requests for early move-in. However, early move-in requests are not guaranteed and will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Resident move-ins will occur on a staggered basis to limit interactions between residents, families, and staff to ensure an efficient and safe move-in process.


Leasing Activities

To create a safer approach to our tours, we will be offering both socially distant in-person tours, as well as live video and virtual tours. Our staff will wear masks during in-person tours and will wait outside the apartment while you tour at your leisure.


Enhanced Cleaning

We will perform sanitization fogging on common areas regularly using an EPA-approved disinfectant.


Partner2Prevent Ambassadors

Our community assistants help monitor the proper usage and occupancy of the amenity areas. The community assistants also frequently wipe down touched surfaces throughout the day and manage amenity space scheduling.


LifeWorks Events

We will be increasing the number of events held throughout the year while limiting the number of people that can attend each event to maintain social distancing requirements while still allowing residents to partake in fun activities with fellow neighbors. Residents are encouraged to RSVP to events via the ResidentPortal.


Community Amenities

An online scheduling system will be used to track the capacity of the fitness center and other community amenities per state and local guidelines. In addition, we have posted signage and marked areas of our community amenities to maintain social distances.
